OK, that answer leads me into my real point. You're saying in the beginning it loiters around you in the form of a "pool of acid;" in other words, a fluid. Then you later say, it's a "fog made from vapour." Which is it? Is it a fluid state or a vapor state? Or is a select portion of the total liquid acid in the form of the defensive mist that loiters around you, while the rest remains usable for more active purposes? And how freely can you convert the liquid acid between these two states? Is it just an "as desired" thing? Or is it a significant enough change that you need named abilities like this? In addition, what portion is present as fluid vs. vapor when you're not actively converting between them? If you could submit a revision making an answer to these points it's Conditionally Approved.

Due to the fact that lightning and fire element users flooded the terrain..I decided to change for something different


Shikai Abilities:

Name: Sansei unmei (酸性運命, Acid fate)
Element(s): Acid and Vapour Manipulation
Command: "Melt off" (溶かす, Tokasu)
Description: In its Shikai, Sansei unmei's blade liquefies into a large pool of highly corrosive acid in Liquid form, capable melting almost anything (except Zanpakutoū) that it makes contact with, which deliquesce off from the hilt, leaving only the sword's handle in Promethazine's hand. The pool of acid initially drops to the ground, take form of a 'Hydra' (water snake), and then briefly swarm around Promethazine's body like a whirlwind before taking a restive motion. By swinging Sansei unmei's hilt or through hand gestures, Promethazine can control/manipulate the pool of acid in whatever way he sees fit, allowing him mold or structure it into any desired shape, weapons, barriers, projectiles, or blasts that emanate or move at a level lower than Promethazine's base speed which in turn cannot go beyond a distance of 40m. Sansei unmei can exist in two states(gas and liquid) can also be used for defensive purposes, as they can protect Promethazine from incoming attacks or projectiles in order to protect him from harm. Since Sansei unmei is one with Promethazine, he is ultimately immune to his Zanpakutoū's corrosive effects, as such, cannot be affected by acid element. Additionally, as long as Promenthazine's Shikai is active, Sansei unmei passively erects around Promenthazine's entirety, an unarguably condense acidic mist,ash white in colour made from vapour(gaseous state) not more than 9m of Promenthazine, which tends to obscure him from view of onlookers, thereby making it difficult to see physical movements done by Promenthazine in the Acidic mist.

Name: Saisho no unmei (最初の運命, First fate)
Element: Acid and Vapour Manipulation
Type: Active ability II
Command: Tōzakeru (遠ざける, Keep off)
Description: As soon as the command is triggered, the hilt of Sansei unmei will instantaneously control suspensively all existenting liquid acid that had left his initial position towards Promenthazine's body to form some sort of cocoon around him, and then two processes will take place. Firstly, the Acidic mist in form of condensed fog will fuse with the Liquid acid thereby turning it into a highly corrosive mist. Secondly, the thick acidic mist that can't be blown away easily will begin to spread in an ominidirectional manner, gradually covering a radius of 45m in length, and 50m in height. Saisho no unmei is lethal technique as it not only makes it hard to see Promethazine's location but can as well destroy anything in it's part using it's pronounced caustic prowess.it lasts for 3 posts, after that it requires a 2 post charge time before it can be activate again.


Name: Tsugi no unmei (次の運命, Second fate)
Element: Acid Manipulation
Type: Active ability III
Command: Kyūjōshō (急上昇, Soar)
Description: By placing both hands on the ground before saying the word of command, Promethazine can infuse a great amount of reiatsu through his hands into the earth while tracking the location of his target with his eyes, doing so, he can channel a wave of his Liquid acid from underground which moves at a speed one level below his base speed towards his target to cause a ravaging outburst of several acidic walls/pillars from beneath the earth's crust intertwining within a radius of 15m of the target as long it (the target) is within 35m of Promethazine's location. Tsugi no unmei is reiatsu demanding as it requires great amount of his reiatsu for each use and not more than 100litres of the acid can manifest.

Resurreccion Appearance: His skin burns in form of a raging grey flame with pose no physical damage. In this state Armani becomes bat-like in appearance. His waist-length hair completely becomes white, a pair of pale white 10cm horns sprout out from both sides of the forehead aiming for the sky, and his entire body is pale white in color. Armani possess metallic white wings mounted on his back which are capable of cutting through solid materials (except zanpakutou).

User does not directly affect the original speed of a tangible quantity or energy of any sort, but capable of slowing down the way time flow in the very space the object has occupied, thus making kinetic motion difficult to achieve or the time it would take for an event to occur.

Mode of Mechanism II:
User does not directly affect the original speed the of tangible masses or any sort, but capable of hasten the way time flow in the very space the object has occupied, thus making kinetic motion easy to achieve.[/list]

The ability is dependent on the following:
  • He is unable to use more than one effect at the same time.
  • The speed at which he can activate this ability takes not up to 5-10secs after his sensory perception.

  • Can only affect equal or lesser targets in reiatsu control.
  • While beings of overwhelming class are completely unaffected.

Mode of Mechanism I: Armani is able to create two rifts which opens one after the other. These he can use to transport tangible masses or other things like energy upon immediate contact with the rift.

Mode of Mechanism II: Similarly to Mode I, but rather than linking two rifts together, a rift is linked as a door way to his own world, the Reverse Dimension. He can transport himself or possible third party upon contact with the rift.
Dark is the atmosphere and every null & cranny, the dimension is vast and practically wide to an unmeasurable degree. The only source of light to this dimension are the large countless circular shaped objects which Armani could manipulate and are parallel to the plane of the horizon. The Reverse dimension serves only as an intermediate storage. Tanked energy or tangible masses are mixed with the user's reiatsu, thus altering their modification.

The ability is dependent on the following:
  • Ability can be activated with the mind, but with gestures, it is two times faster, and swing of his blade is three times faster.
  • The rifts can be in any size depending on the user's choice, either as small as fist size or big enough to swallow a 7ft humanoid.
  • Said rifts can be formed within a 50 meter radius. With expense of additional 3% reiatsu, range can be extended but not further than an extra 5m.
  • He can transport any form of reiatsu construct within his range of reiatsu control.
  • Transporting a tangible mass equal to his own weight cost 1.5% reiatsu, and twice the size doubles the cost.

If you write that 100 litres of the acid is the total volume that you can use in Shikai, this is Conditionally Approved. You don't need to submit the re-write with that additional part.

And uh, the reiatsu cost? By how many levels could it lower an opposition's motion? And how many more when the additional reiatsu is used?

What do you define as your range? A level lower to a level higher? Honestly, it'd be better if you can only transport reiatsu construct of others when your character possesses greater reiatsu than your opposition or at least carve away a portion of said constructs when having equal rei control.

Now, now. For that rift of such magnanimous size; to swallow up a 7ft humanoid, shouldn't there be an additional expense of reiatsu to stretch your rifts to such lengths?

What is your character's mass?
Transporting a mass size below his incurs?

For my second Element Wind in Bankai.

Sevens: With his Bankai active, Arthur’s body is enveloped by a wind which is highly condensed, it revolves around him as a means for Defense which can also be used for offense purposes.

Tome: If Arthur employs his Bankai, he is able to create, shape, manipulate the precise element of the wind, he is capable of creating Tonado’s in relative proportion to his Reiatsu which depends on the actual level he wants the tornado to be. Effectively commanding the air around his vicinity to its tiniest atom.

Uriel: Just as Kishin constantly generates Electricity, Uriel grants Arthur the ability to absorb the surrounding Wind that would envelop him like a dome, this allows for Arthur to float on air inside the dome. This serves as an external protection and defense mechanism.

The only source of light to this dimension are the large countless circular shaped objects which Armani could manipulate and are parallel to the plane of the horizon. The Reverse dimension serves only as an intermediate storage. Tanked energy or tangible masses are mixed with the user's reiatsu, thus altering their modification.

The ability is dependent on the following:
  • The speed at which he can activate this is at a level below his hohou stat.
  • Rift can not transport sentient beings.
  • Said rifts can be formed within a 50 meter radius. With expense of additional 3% reiatsu, range can be extended but not further than an extra 5m.
  • He can completely transport any form of reiatsu construct from opposition of lower reiatsu control than him at cost of 1% reiatsu, and only carve 60% of reiatsu construct at cost of 2% reiatsu from opposition of equal class. User could sacrifice additional 1.5% reiatsu to strengthen his potency here.
  • Mixing his reiatsu into a tangible mass regardless of it's size can be as destructive as Ōkasen upon collision with foreign masses.
  • Transporting a tangible mass equal to his own weight cost 1.5% reiatsu.
  • With his mass approximately 70kg, transporting a mass less than his own weight lessen the reiatsu cost by half, and twice the size doubles the cost.
  • While mass played it's role, the rifts can be in any size depending on the user's choice, either as small as fist size or big enough to swallow a grown man for an additional 1% reiatsu.
  • The Reverse Dimension can only be used to store an energy within the user's range of reiatsu control (same reiatsu cost).
  • Stored energy and only be retained for a maximum of two (2) posts. However, the longer he retain the energy in the dimension, the critical the reiatsu drain.
  • In the reverse dimension, an altered energy is not as powerful as it's original state. Strengthening it's potency would cost additional 3% reiatsu.

• This takes 25% of Akutagawa's reiatsu for 6post.
• And for 'two posts increment', an additional 5% is taken.

The first two points seem at odds. It either moves as fast as Akutagawa, or moves at a speed a level below Akutagawa's. Also, I think its important to say that the Mythical Samurai's swings 'can be' as powerful as Akutagawa's highest castable destructive kido; as it stands, one might understand it as being that every sword attack is as powerful as Akutagawa's highest castable kido. That would drain a lot of energy fast.

*The 'burnt into non-existence' tag is somewhat vague. Also, that kind of effect would require an INSANE amount of heat energy. Then there's the percentage penalty for the tecnique; leaving it at 10% (non-sentient) seems sketchy. Does this mean disintegrating a mountain and a pebble would cost 10%? :p You'll need to grade the ability and its percentage cost by degrees. Perhaps 100°C costs .5%, 300°C costs 1.5% etc, with a clear temperature max. I also feel like reiatsu differentials should matter. An opponent with a substatially higher reiatsu than your's should be able to water down the effects, so to speak.

ANALYSIS
This ability got me thinking. It doesnt seem to provide any benefit to your character. At all. Its speed is lower than Flash step; it requires light. You could keep it, but Id vote for replacing it with something else. Like marshmellow whizbangs. Those are deadly...

ANALYSIS
A cool, diversionary ability. But why let it affect atsushi?Seems an unnecessary handicap. Also, Lumens is a technical term not a lot of people would understand. You could keep it, but Id suggest using a more relatable term or analogy, like a 'bright as a full summer sun', or bright as a thousand candles. Also, energy costs (graded by degrees of brightness) need to be mentioned as well.


• Ji [地獄. Hell].
This increases the heat within a region.
• Range; 50m.
• Effect; Burning sensation and hyperthermia.
• Peak degree : 75°C


ANALYSIS
All Ill say here is 75°C is pretty tame. Unless you intend to kill your enemies with flop sweat, youll want to raise this up. Say 200 degrees celsius at max. First degree burns occur at about 111 degreed celsius (top layer of skin gets burned). So this ability could start at 80 and go to 150 max. Youll need to make the energy cost clear for both the degree celsius and the range.

ANALYSIS
The surface of the sun burns at around 5000°C. If youre going to throw off heat at 4000, youd very likely be burning an absolutely huge amount of reiatsu over time. I suggest you either lower the temperature to maybe 1000, which should be enough to turn rock to magma. It should still consume larger amounts of energy. That said, you also need to pick a single system for grading energy spent; You mentioned Akutagawa uses up 0.5% for every 500 degree celsius increment (grading by degrees celsius/temperature), and then in the next line, its 25% for 6 posts. I think you should keep to grading by degrees celsius, with degradation of Akutagawa's physical skills (stamina, speed, etc) by a chosen percentage for each post the effect is held, depending on the temperature being used.

Then, the stakes. Personally, this feels out of place with the heat manipulation base of your abilities. Find some way to link the two. Perhaps he is able to condense heated air, or flames. Or he is able to channel his heat energy into objects and manipulate them telepathically, using them as explosives like you described. This would require the heat-emanating Apollo ability (objects within his heat-energy's area of effect), or the Moeru ability (objects he touches with his heated blade or palms). This could be a separate ability, perhaps replacing the teleportation ability.

Amaterasu shares a lot of similarities with Apollo, to the point I think you should just merge them. Melting the ground, emanating heat in an aura and upon contact, augmenting techniques and attacks, creating constructs. You could merge them. I think that's best. I also think a Hado 90 kido would require more than 2.5% of energy.

ANALYSIS
This ability got me thinking. It doesnt seem to provide any benefit to your character. At all. Its speed is lower than Flash step; it requires light. You could keep it, but Id vote for replacing it with something else. Like marshmellow whizbangs. Those are deadly...


• Chi[天国. Earth]
This releases a solar flare; a blinding light during his transition.
• Solar variant of Light-space.
• Maximum range is 50m.
• Light intensity is alterable.
• Cannot be used as a light source for ten.
• User isn't exempted from this technique.
• Light intensity can be from 25000lumens to 100000lumens.

ANALYSIS
A cool, diversionary ability. But why let it affect atsushi?Seems an unnecessary handicap. Also, Lumens is a technical term not a lot of people would understand. You could keep it, but Id suggest using a more relatable term or analogy, like a 'bright as a full summer sun', or bright as a thousand candles. Also, energy costs (graded by degrees of brightness) need to be mentioned as well.


• Ji [地獄. Hell].
This increases the heat within a region.
• Range; 50m.
• Effect; Burning sensation and hyperthermia.
• Peak degree : 75°C


ANALYSIS
All Ill say here is 75°C is pretty tame. Unless you intend to kill your enemies with flop sweat, youll want to raise this up. Say 200 degrees celsius at max. First degree burns occur at about 111 degreed celsius (top layer of skin gets burned). So this ability could start at 80 and go to 150 max. Youll need to make the energy cost clear for both the degree celsius and the range.

Ability Three - Sun-God : Apollo.
Akutagawa is enveloped in flames. There's no change in this state, rather, he's coated with glistening hardened reiatsu that shows similarities with gold. Around Akutagawa, is a pool of lava due to said hotness.
• All techniques gains a 30% increase in their potency except enhancement types [Shunpo]
• Within 5m, Akutagawa's hotness reaches 4000°C at peak.
• It starts at 500°C until supplied reiatsu to increase said hotness.
• For every 500°C increment, 0.5% of his reiatsu is expended.
• This takes 25% of Akutagawa's reiatsu for 6post.
• And for 'two posts increment', an additional 5% is taken.
• Within 50m, Akutagawa is capable of conjuring up ergo-stakes of varying sizes. From above, from the ground, from just any point within the field.
• This takes 0.4% for every 10stakes conjured.
• He can telepathically or telekinetically control these stakes mid-air.
• It moves a level below Akutagawa's full speed.
• Akutagawa can peak these stakes speed by expending 2% of his reiatsu.
• These stakes possesses multiple functions like;
•• Explosive Function : This explosive function is as powerful as hado 50 when not charged.
And could be as powerful as Akutagawa's highest kido in his arsenal.
•• Tracking Function.
•• Burn Function.


ANALYSIS
The surface of the sun burns at around 5000°C. If youre going to throw off heat at 4000, youd very likely be burning an absolutely huge amount of reiatsu over time. I suggest you either lower the temperature to maybe 1000, which should be enough to turn rock to magma. It should still consume larger amounts of energy. That said, you also need to pick a single system for grading energy spent; You mentioned Akutagawa uses up 0.5% for every 500 degree celsius increment (grading by degrees celsius/temperature), and then in the next line, its 25% for 6 posts. I think you should keep to grading by degrees celsius, with degradation of Akutagawa's physical skills (stamina, speed, etc) by a chosen percentage for each post the effect is held, depending on the temperature being used.

Then, the stakes. Personally, this feels out of place with the heat manipulation base of your abilities. Find some way to link the two. Perhaps he is able to condense heated air, or flames. Or he is able to channel his heat energy into objects and manipulate them telepathically, using them as explosives like you described. This would require the heat-emanating Apollo ability (objects within his heat-energy's area of effect), or the Moeru ability (objects he touches with his heated blade or palms). This could be a separate ability, perhaps replacing the teleportation ability.



Ability Four - Sun God : Amaterasu.
In this form, Akutagawa releases no heat no matter the nearness except contact is made.
Akutagawa's body hotness is 3000°C as well, melting steels upon contact. His foot alone melts the ground, his touch burns away metals.
• Unlike Apollo, there are no increments.
• However, all techniques possesses explosive/burning effect.
• With every punch, blade swing, kick, etc. He releases explosive energy in waves of varying destructiveness.
• Could fire energy beams, balls or waves from eyes, blade tips, palms or any extra limb.
• He can transmogrify any matter touched by his Zan or limb to a ticking time bomb which he can detonate at any chosen interval.
• At maximum output, it is as powerful as hado 90 and needs about 5-10s to charge.
• Reiatsu cost = 2.5% at full output.
• Creation : Akutagawa can easily spawn up constructs. These constructs are controlled psychically.
• Constructs are as strong as his highest castable kido.
• Each constructs incurs a reiatsu cost of 0.5%.
- Constructs;

•• Armors.
•• Helmets.
•• Spears.
•• Blades.
•• Balls.
•• etc.
• Generally, this technique incurs 25% reiatsu cost for 6posts. Lengthening posts by 2more incurs an additional 5%.
ANALYSIS
Amaterasu shares a lot of similarities with Apollo, to the point I think you should just merge them. Melting the ground, emanating heat in an aura and upon contact, augmenting techniques and attacks, creating constructs. You could merge them. I think that's best. I also think a Hado 90 kido would require more than 2.5% of energy.

ZANPAKUTŌ
Name : Amaterasu.
[太陽の神. Sun God]


Sealed state ; Amaterasu is a standard dual katana without any distinguishable feature except the engravings of a sun.

Manifestation(s) :
Within his inner-verse, Amaterasu appears as a sun, aloft the expanse of dry grounds and active volcanoes or so he wishes Akutagawa to see him as. Mayhaps, not wanting to show Akutagawa his true form, he showed him that. Amaterasu's real appearance isn't one but several entities of magnanimous sizes.
While they're all Sun Gods, they imbue into Akutagawa different powers.

• Release Call : Burn, Amaterasu.

Unsealed state : Amaterasu retains its shape. However, the 'sun' symbol engraved into the blades glitters with a sharp blend of red and yellow. Amaterasu comes into the real world in dual forms; Warrior Path and Wisdom Path.

The Wisdom Path is incapable of interacting with matter, however, it bestows upon Akutagawa vast extrasensory perception through heat sensing.
Range = 150m.
Heat Sense - The ability to perceive the infrared spectrum hence the heat variation of matter becomes easily perceived. This helps in perceiving in lightless or obscured region and renders furtive attempts to a shut by noticing the build-up of heat due to aero-frictions.
The Warrior Path aids in combat. It holds semblance to a mythical samurai.

SHIKAI ABILITY

Ability One - Moeru [燃える. Burn Away]
With heat of the sun within the blade(s) and palms, anything that comes in contact with any of these gets burnt almost instantaneously; hence, it has the potential to burn away a full grown man into ashes upon contact.
• Conceptualization of burning.
• Solar variant of void.
• Minimum temperature : 500°C
• Maximum temperature : 5000°C
• For every 500°C increase, there's 2.5% reiatsu deduction.
• For every 500°C increase, the exhaustion rate increases.
• For every 500°C increase, there's 2.2% speed decrease.
• At every increase, Akutagawa will dry up even faster, putting himself in danger.
• At maximum temperature, ice evaporates instantaneously without going through the liquid phase, the atmosphere becomes ridiculously dry. Akutagawa isn't exempt from this, no, his skin will gradually wrinkle.
• Akutagawa's life becomes unsafe at 1500°C
• Temperature can rise exponentially.
Ability Two - Koku [テレポー. Void]
This is 3-type ability. Partly or wholly associated with movement.
• Ten[段階. Heaven]:
This is simply spontaneous detonation by supercharging ambient energy with heat[honestly, I don't know how that sounds]
• Destructiveness varies with charge time and reiatsu imbued.
• At the basic and barely charged level;
-- Destructiveness level = Kidou 1-33.
-- Reiatsu percentage per destructiveness level = 0.1%.
-- Charge time = 1s per D.L

• At mid charged level ;
-- Destructiveness Level = Kidou 34-66
-- Reiatsu percentage per D.L= 0.1%
- Meaning 3.4% for a Kido 34 as a base for mid charged levels. I.e 35 = 3.5%, 36 = 3.6%, etcetera.
-- Charge time = 1s per D.L


• At highly charged level ;
-- Destructiveness Level = Kidou 67-99.
-- Reiatsu percentage per D.L = 0.1%

@PD, I'm sorta editing a few of my Zan Techniques (just making additions and subtractions here and there. Though, I won't be changing much). Things are a bit messy at the moment, please bear with me. Tell me what you think thus far though.
Second Technique
Name; Water Gunshot (水鉄砲, Mizudeppō)
Type; Active
Description; Kira can generate bullets of water.
Mechanism
Gesturing
• He is required to mimic a hand gun using either of his hands.
• After gesturing appropriately, a water droplet is conjured before the index finger.
Compression
• Bullets must be compressed for a few seconds, if they're intended to deal piercing damage.
• In the case that compression is forgone, they would instead deal powerful blunt force impacts akin to the likes of a full powered Shō spell.
• The impact of an uncompressed bullet is painless and harmless.
• They serves merely to displace struck objects forcefully.
• The distance of displacement depends on bullet strength.
• The average uncompressed bullet (being Shō's equivalent) can displace a full grown man 10 metres.
• Bullets of this calibre cause 0.5% Reiatsu Drain.
• The Pushback Distance of an uncompressed bullet can, however, be improved with appropriate Reiatsu Drain.
• Reiatsu Drain is proportional to Pushback Distance.
• Every 5 metre increase in Pushback Distance will attract 1.5% Reiatsu Drain.
• In contrast with their uncompressed variants, fully compressed Water Bullets attract 2.0% Reiatsu Drain.
• They can pierce through extremely dense concrete walls/reinforced earthen structures with relative ease.
• They could probably even dent denser materials, given the appropriate Reiatsu Drain.
• They travel at speed levels equivalent to a Bala in motion.
Bullet Manipulation
Kira can modify the attributes and physical properties of the Water Bullets.

Homing

• Supernatural Tracking; Bullets can locate concealed objects given that they'd been ''locked'' prior to concealment.
• Bullets with this function can not be curved around obstacles in their path.

• It reduces piercing power of shots overtime.
• Multiple bullets can not be curved.
• At best, 3 bullets can be curved.
• Mild Reiatsu Drain
Hexing
• Bullet Enchantment
• Hexes induced could be remote (taking place at a distance) or tactile (contact oriented).
• Remote variants of this effect have weaker potency than their tactile variants.
• Hexes have stronger influence on inorganic matter than sentient life.
• The potency of hexes on sentient lifeforms can be influenced actively by Reiatsu Differential.
List Of Possible Hexes

Freezing Hex;
• Induces flash freezing.

Inflammation Hex;
• Induces burn damage.

Drowning Hex;
• Induces drowning (locks objects within spherical bodies of water)
• Reiatsu Drain is proportional to the potency of hex induced.
• Hence, Reiatsu Drain could waver from mild to great.
Scattering
• Bullet Duplication
• Dissociation of a single bullet into several.
• Not to be confused with simply firing multiple bullets in rapid succession.
• Duplicated bullets cause 0.5% more Reiatsu Drain than their originals.

I'm having some issues wrapping around this mythical samurai thing. Is it like a 'summons', a second entity that fights alongside Akutagawa? Because he isn't really referenced in any of the abilities below...

ANALYSIS
Errrr...okay, now, don't throw a tomato or other fresh squishy fruit or vegetable at me, Phe, but I'm still having issues with the whole 5000 degrees thing. (Also, where the heck is the degree symbol on the keyboard? I can't find it...) 5000 degrees is basically the heat of the sun. That's insane. Diamonds would evaporate instantly, as would pretty much all metals. Human flesh? Dust in micro-micro-seconds. That's a pretty powerful ability for a Shikai. Also, if Akutagawa's life 'becomes unsafe' at 1,500 degrees, wouldn't three times that just, well ... kill the poor guy? I feel like 1,500 could be the upper limit here, or 2000. I think metal melts at about 1,500 anyway. Perhaps higher temps than that could be saved for Bankai?

LOL. That did sound weird. How about you just channel intense heat energy into an object?
That said, I'm pretty okay with this ability. Except ... It doesn't really derive from movement. Once that is taken out, I think its an excellent ability.

You said you can't curve multiple bullets and then, can curve 3 bullets?
Not that I have any problem with this but shouldn't reiatsu drain increase when number of curved projectile increases?
