OK, that answer leads me into my real point. You're saying in the beginning it loiters around you in the form of a "pool of acid;" in other words, a fluid. Then you later say, it's a "fog made from vapour." Which is it? Is it a fluid state or a vapor state? Or is a select portion of the total liquid acid in the form of the defensive mist that loiters around you, while the rest remains usable for more active purposes? And how freely can you convert the liquid acid between these two states? Is it just an "as desired" thing? Or is it a significant enough change that you need named abilities like this? In addition, what portion is present as fluid vs. vapor when you're not actively converting between them? If you could submit a revision making an answer to these points it's Conditionally Approved.

Due to the fact that lightning and fire element users flooded the terrain..I decided to change for something different


Shikai Abilities:

Name: Sansei unmei (酸性運命, Acid fate)
Element(s): Acid and Vapour Manipulation
Command: "Melt off" (溶かす, Tokasu)
Description: In its Shikai, Sansei unmei's blade liquefies into a large pool of highly corrosive acid in Liquid form, capable melting almost anything (except Zanpakutoū) that it makes contact with, which deliquesce off from the hilt, leaving only the sword's handle in Promethazine's hand. The pool of acid initially drops to the ground, take form of a 'Hydra' (water snake), and then briefly swarm around Promethazine's body like a whirlwind before taking a restive motion. By swinging Sansei unmei's hilt or through hand gestures, Promethazine can control/manipulate the pool of acid in whatever way he sees fit, allowing him mold or structure it into any desired shape, weapons, barriers, projectiles, or blasts that emanate or move at a level lower than Promethazine's base speed which in turn cannot go beyond a distance of 40m. Sansei unmei can exist in two states(gas and liquid) can also be used for defensive purposes, as they can protect Promethazine from incoming attacks or projectiles in order to protect him from harm. Since Sansei unmei is one with Promethazine, he is ultimately immune to his Zanpakutoū's corrosive effects, as such, cannot be affected by acid element. Additionally, as long as Promenthazine's Shikai is active, Sansei unmei passively erects around Promenthazine's entirety, an unarguably condense acidic mist,ash white in colour made from vapour(gaseous state) not more than 9m of Promenthazine, which tends to obscure him from view of onlookers, thereby making it difficult to see physical movements done by Promenthazine in the Acidic mist.

Name: Saisho no unmei (最初の運命, First fate)
Element: Acid and Vapour Manipulation
Type: Active ability II
Command: Tōzakeru (遠ざける, Keep off)
Description: As soon as the command is triggered, the hilt of Sansei unmei will instantaneously control suspensively all existenting liquid acid that had left his initial position towards Promenthazine's body to form some sort of cocoon around him, and then two processes will take place. Firstly, the Acidic mist in form of condensed fog will fuse with the Liquid acid thereby turning it into a highly corrosive mist. Secondly, the thick acidic mist that can't be blown away easily will begin to spread in an ominidirectional manner, gradually covering a radius of 45m in length, and 50m in height. Saisho no unmei is lethal technique as it not only makes it hard to see Promethazine's location but can as well destroy anything in it's part using it's pronounced caustic prowess.it lasts for 3 posts, after that it requires a 2 post charge time before it can be activate again.


Name: Tsugi no unmei (次の運命, Second fate)
Element: Acid Manipulation
Type: Active ability III
Command: Kyūjōshō (急上昇, Soar)
Description: By placing both hands on the ground before saying the word of command, Promethazine can infuse a great amount of reiatsu through his hands into the earth while tracking the location of his target with his eyes, doing so, he can channel a wave of his Liquid acid from underground which moves at a speed one level below his base speed towards his target to cause a ravaging outburst of several acidic walls/pillars from beneath the earth's crust intertwining within a radius of 15m of the target as long it (the target) is within 35m of Promethazine's location. Tsugi no unmei is reiatsu demanding as it requires great amount of his reiatsu for each use and not more than 100litres of the acid can manifest.

Resurreccion Appearance: His skin burns in form of a raging grey flame with pose no physical damage. In this state Armani becomes bat-like in appearance. His waist-length hair completely becomes white, a pair of pale white 10cm horns sprout out from both sides of the forehead aiming for the sky, and his entire body is pale white in color. Armani possess metallic white wings mounted on his back which are capable of cutting through solid materials (except zanpakutou).

User does not directly affect the original speed of a tangible quantity or energy of any sort, but capable of slowing down the way time flow in the very space the object has occupied, thus making kinetic motion difficult to achieve or the time it would take for an event to occur.

Mode of Mechanism II:
User does not directly affect the original speed the of tangible masses or any sort, but capable of hasten the way time flow in the very space the object has occupied, thus making kinetic motion easy to achieve.[/list]

The ability is dependent on the following:
  • He is unable to use more than one effect at the same time.
  • The speed at which he can activate this ability takes not up to 5-10secs after his sensory perception.
  • Ability is limited to a radius of 10m in his immediate vicinity.
  • The greatest extent to which this is achieved is altering a time motion of tangible masses, energy.
  • Can only affect equal or lesser targets in reiatsu control.
  • While beings of overwhelming class are completely unaffected.

Description:

Mode of Mechanism I: Armani is able to create two rifts which opens one after the other. These he can use to transport tangible masses or other things like energy upon immediate contact with the rift.

Mode of Mechanism II: Similarly to Mode I, but rather than linking two rifts together, a rift is linked as a door way to his own world, the Reverse Dimension. He can transport himself or possible third party upon contact with the rift.
Dark is the atmosphere and every null & cranny, the dimension is vast and practically wide to an unmeasurable degree. The only source of light to this dimension are the large countless circular shaped objects which Armani could manipulate and are parallel to the plane of the horizon. The Reverse dimension serves only as an intermediate storage. Tanked energy or tangible masses are mixed with the user's reiatsu, thus altering their modification.

The ability is dependent on the following:
  • Ability can be activated with the mind, but with gestures, it is two times faster, and swing of his blade is three times faster.
  • The rifts can be in any size depending on the user's choice, either as small as fist size or big enough to swallow a 7ft humanoid.
  • Said rifts can be formed within a 50 meter radius. With expense of additional 3% reiatsu, range can be extended but not further than an extra 5m.
  • He can transport any form of reiatsu construct within his range of reiatsu control.
  • Transporting a tangible mass equal to his own weight cost 1.5% reiatsu, and twice the size doubles the cost.

If you write that 100 litres of the acid is the total volume that you can use in Shikai, this is Conditionally Approved. You don't need to submit the re-write with that additional part.

Uhm, the strength of this ability is controlling the flow of time, correct? And yeah, opponents' with equal reiatsu should be able to curb this technique's effects limitedly. I wish to let you know that so that you'll adjust accordingly.
And uh, the reiatsu cost? By how many levels could it lower an opposition's motion? And how many more when the additional reiatsu is used?

What do you define as your range? A level lower to a level higher? Honestly, it'd be better if you can only transport reiatsu construct of others when your character possesses greater reiatsu than your opposition or at least carve away a portion of said constructs when having equal rei control.

Now, now. For that rift of such magnanimous size; to swallow up a 7ft humanoid, shouldn't there be an additional expense of reiatsu to stretch your rifts to such lengths?

What is your character's mass?
Transporting a mass size below his incurs?

For my second Element Wind in Bankai.

Sevens: With his Bankai active, Arthur’s body is enveloped by a wind which is highly condensed, it revolves around him as a means for Defense which can also be used for offense purposes.

Tome: If Arthur employs his Bankai, he is able to create, shape, manipulate the precise element of the wind, he is capable of creating Tonado’s in relative proportion to his Reiatsu which depends on the actual level he wants the tornado to be. Effectively commanding the air around his vicinity to its tiniest atom.

Uriel: Just as Kishin constantly generates Electricity, Uriel grants Arthur the ability to absorb the surrounding Wind that would envelop him like a dome, this allows for Arthur to float on air inside the dome. This serves as an external protection and defense mechanism.

The only source of light to this dimension are the large countless circular shaped objects which Armani could manipulate and are parallel to the plane of the horizon. The Reverse dimension serves only as an intermediate storage. Tanked energy or tangible masses are mixed with the user's reiatsu, thus altering their modification.

The ability is dependent on the following:
  • The speed at which he can activate this is at a level below his hohou stat.
  • Rift can not transport sentient beings.
  • Said rifts can be formed within a 50 meter radius. With expense of additional 3% reiatsu, range can be extended but not further than an extra 5m.
  • He can completely transport any form of reiatsu construct from opposition of lower reiatsu control than him at cost of 1% reiatsu, and only carve 60% of reiatsu construct at cost of 2% reiatsu from opposition of equal class. User could sacrifice additional 1.5% reiatsu to strengthen his potency here.
  • Mixing his reiatsu into a tangible mass regardless of it's size can be as destructive as Ōkasen upon collision with foreign masses.
  • Transporting a tangible mass equal to his own weight cost 1.5% reiatsu.
  • With his mass approximately 70kg, transporting a mass less than his own weight lessen the reiatsu cost by half, and twice the size doubles the cost.
  • While mass played it's role, the rifts can be in any size depending on the user's choice, either as small as fist size or big enough to swallow a grown man for an additional 1% reiatsu.
  • The Reverse Dimension can only be used to store an energy within the user's range of reiatsu control (same reiatsu cost).
  • Stored energy and only be retained for a maximum of two (2) posts. However, the longer he retain the energy in the dimension, the critical the reiatsu drain.
  • In the reverse dimension, an altered energy is not as powerful as it's original state. Strengthening it's potency would cost additional 3% reiatsu.

To be entirely honest, I'm iffy on your time increase on your own mass. It somewhat interferes with the rules' current settings. For the sake of equality, I'd love if you'd remove that. However, you'd leave it at your extensional attacks; ceroes[zeroes], spells and...well, others. But not just your blade swings, punches or body movement and maneuvers.
The decrease could stay, that's pretty cool, actually.
