High Reiatsu: Seijuro possesses a high amount of Spiritual Power, one that sets him apart from those below him and is considered common for Vice Captains and other high ranking Officers. Though he isn't at the pinnacle of Spiritual prowess he can still exert large amounts of his Reiatsu when necessary, though not to any great effect. His power makes him better than average but he could still faulter when facing higher classes of Reiatsu than his own.

Enhanced Strength: As a fighter with considerable physical conditioning, Seijuro has shown sufficient strength to partly block powerful attacks and cope with strong strikes better. His attacks also hold a great deal more potency behind them, easily enough to launch other people of the ground and through objects in the way.

Enhanced Endurance: Seijuro has enhanced physical stamina, allowing him to endure the hardships of battle for an extended length of time without slowing down. Only when utilizing high speed movement for an extended amount of time will he start to slow down significantly. Even when he has received an injury he can keep going without severe consequence to his battle scheme.

Great Speed: Despite having received no training in Sonō or knowing Shunpo, Seijuro has demonstrated great speed and keen reflexes in battle. Even when caught by surprise from an enemy's attack, he can react in time to skillfully dodge or counter the assault. Offensively, he can keep up a quick and rapid assault which forces most opponents on the defense, as he leaves no openings in his attacks.

Enhanced Durability: Seijuro's body has received significant battle-conditioning and can take large amounts of punishment. He can take frequent unarmed attacks from weaker individuals on his body and come out unscathed, or with little consequence if not laugh about it instead.

Hohō Inept: Seijuro cannot perform Shunpo at all, instead relying on walking to get where he needs to be. He may have trained extensively to enhance his natural speed to a level allowing him to move considerably fast, though decidedly under that of Shunpo.

Genius Intellect: Arguably, the most fearsome trait of Seijuro Last Name is his tremendous intellect. He is well-versed in the history and proceedings of the world and is privy to knowledge unknown to many, such as secret methods. He easily grabs the concepts of subjects completely new to him and masters them quickly. Even in the most complex and dangerous of situations Seijuro can rely on his calculating intellect to figure out the best course of action. His assessment of a situation is swift, ad-hoc and accurate, allowing him to deduce the nature of other people’s abilities and countering them, often only requiring a few instances of observation.

Master Tactician: He has shown himself to be a masterful and flexible tactician, capable of adjusting seamlessly to any given combat situation, if not planning out events well in advance. He understands the strengths, weaknesses and mannerisms of his enemies, and creates strategies to achieve victory; this includes preparing traps or leading his enemies along complex battle plans so he can even deal with enemies stronger than himself. Like this Seijuro can prepare victory many steps in advance and even incorporate his enemies and their plans into his grand scheme. Regardless of his own powers or those of others, Seijuro always remains a tactically cautious.

Gifted Scientist: Seijuro is a gifted inventor and scientist, having created a number of clever devices and techniques to aid him in battle or otherwise. His intellect in this field is evident, as he is able to create and invent devices on her own and further sophisticated research. He is an asset to any development bureau as his work can help accomplish the developmental goals. He knows chemistry, being able to work with chemical formulas and combined them to make new ones. He can also repair advanced machines, sometimes needing to improvise on materials.

Zanjutsu Expert: While not as proficient in swordsmanship as some masters, Seijuro is skilled enough to hold his own in a fight. He has shown to be very crafty with his Zanpakutō as his skills are great enough to regularly fight opponents who released their Zanpakutō while his remains sealed, only relying on his own Zanpakutō's released form as a last resort. He has shown himself to be capable fighter that is on par with lieutenant-level fighters.

Hakuda Inept: In trying to perform hand-to-hand movements, Seijuro may find himself injured. He has no skill whatsoever in unarmed combat, beyond basic instinctual punches and kicks, so hitting mobile targets is quite improbable.

Kidō Expert: Seijuro excels at Kidō, being able to cast powerful spells up to #79, while not requiring a full incantation up to #63. He can use multiple spells in conjunction with each other, creating a unique way in which to attack and incapacitate his opponents. In this way, he can make common spells all his own. He can use a single Kidō technique on two separate targets at once. He can use high-level Kidō in rapid succession without incantations and still retain considerable control and power. He has great skill in using various spells in unique combination, even using multiple spells at the same time. However, he requires incantations when using high-level spells simultaneously.[/FONT]

Kazekage (Wind shadow): Is an extremely sharp 60cm japanese kodachi, coated with brown hilt and leather sheath
[INDENT]Shikai: its release command is Inhale (Suikomimasu). once activated, Kazekage releases a slight screaching tune which is quickly followed up by a sudden influx of wind towards its blade. the wind quickly disperses revealing no major change to the structure of the blade. However a closer look at the blade will reveal the slight semi transparent wind coating arround its blade. [INDENT]
Silent wind: Once Shikai is activated Seijuro basic senses (hearing and feeling) enhances, making it possible for him to sense the flow of air currents in the atmosphere. This further helps him detect the slightest of changes and disturbances in the atmospheric pressure or wind flow.
Blade works: By casually swinging his sword in predetermined patterns, Seijuro can shape and emit well fin-tuned wind pressure to either give slicing or piercing effects. This attacks are semi transparent and as such, harder to spot at a go. The wind blades generated, can both be projected or extended from the blade to a radius of 5 meters to 15 meters.
Breathless: Using his left hand, Seijuro can generate and control the air current/flow within his immediate environment. By diverting Reiatsu towards this, Seijuro is capable of quickly escalating the generation and/or dispersion of wind, making it possible for him to both create a vacuum through a reverse suction of wind or a strong wind current. This in effect is capable of attracting or dispersing attacks.[/INDENT][/INDENT][/FONT]
Arsenal: Derringer
A Unique Derringer(gun), which depends on seijuros released ability for its functions.

It has an adjustable trigger which determines the charge up time, speed, range (15m-30m) and effect of its air bullets(bubbles).

The Derringer emits two air bubbles which, colides and collapses once over a certain range or on contact with an external body. This causes a strong pull of wind towards its epicenter,in an attempt to restrict and crush objects within it. The force of its pull is enough to lift a firmly planted sumo wrestler off the ground and hold him steady at the center of the bubble for a period of one post. This strong pull is only felt within a 5 meter range of the point of impact.

Hand to Hand Average: Diablo can take on average armed opponents and put up a decent effort against those many times his size. He is capable of countering swift and accurate strikes without the use of a weapon, but has no incredible skill to speak of. As a hand-to-hand combatant, his fighting style is very refined. At least it’s enough for him to take down a simple Hollow with a single punch.

Great Reiatsu: Diablo has a great amount of Spiritual Power which is considered sufficient to challenge Captain Class opponents. His Reiatsu is a formidable weapon, striking fear in those lower than himself. He can easily mainfest his Reiatsu to some extent and have it affect the people around him mentally. He can maintain a high level of control over his Reiatsu, using it as he sees fit, but falling short of those who boast Vast or Immense Reiatsu.

Cero: Diablo can fire a powerful blast of concentrated spiritual energy at a target. He can fire a standard Cero, taking the shape of a projectile or a beam. His Cero can deal heavy damage to anyone even when not completely loaded. As an explosion however, it can deal greatly enhanced damage when suffered point blank.

Great Strength: As a fighter with great physical conditioning, Diablo has shown sufficient strength to partly block immensely powerful attacks and is capable of dealing with powerful strikes. His attacks also hold great potency behind them, easily enough to launch other people of the ground and through solid objects, as well as leaving deep craters behind.

Great Endurance: Diablo has incredible physical stamina, allowing him to endure the hardships of battle for a great length of time without slowing down. Only when utilizing constant high speed movement for an extended amount of time will he start showing signs of fatigue. Even with several wounds he can keep on fighting without significant physical hindrance.

Great Speed: Diablo has demonstrated great speed and keen reflexes in battle. Even when caught by surprise from an enemy's attack, he can react in time to skillfully dodge or counter the assault. Offensively, he can keep up a quick and rapid assault which forces most opponents on the defense, as he leaves no openings in his attacks.

Enhanced Hierro: The hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. Diablo's skin is highly durable. This allows him to deflect attacks from equal sword-wielding opponents and help combat their releases without having to rely on his own weapon very often. If the Hierro is broken in a location, the would-be damage is significantly reduced.

Sonído Untrained: Diablo has put no effort whatsoever into advancing his ability to perform Sonído. He has to rely on the instinctually acquired knowledge since Sonído requires no prior learning resulting in short spurts. Long strides are not his strong suit.

Swordsman Combatant: Diablo has shown some skill in the art of swordsmanship, but that is pretty much it. He can be considered a cut below others, who may have been a little more devoted to learning proper form in combat. Decent is what he could be called, as he at least has a proper form, but he may find himself easily disarmed by a more skillful show of swordsmanship.[/FONT]

[Font=Segoe UI]Zanpakutō

Komodo rugido: It takes the form of two chain scyth attached to the edges of hiis waist.

Enrich : Diablo can absorb residual reiatsu/or reishi particules by either slising through his opponets and their reiatsu based attack. This drain on his opponents are usually based on how long said gadget (hands or scyth) are implanted into them as quick punches and stabbed are barely noticed unless multiple contacts (5) have been made.
[INDENT]Resurrección: its release command is Envelope. when released they apper at his wrist as spiked wrist bands. and expand to suit his different sizes or form.[INDENT]
Immense Strength: In Resurrección he is strong enough to stop even powerful attacks, when the opponent is weakened even stopping their releases with a single hand and likely end the fight with a single swing. Likewise he can also inflict tremendous damage with his bare hands, even to releases of weaker opponents. His strength is described as being ‘scary’, a fearsome weapon in its own right which can dictate the conditions of battle. He can fend of huge weapons with only one hand and easily cleave highly durable armor with a single strike.
Immense Speed: Diablo is deceptively fast in Resurrección, even when not using Sonído. His legs can propel him fast enough to surprise even fast opponents. He can instantly close huge gaps relying on his innate speed alone, appearing to disappear from sight completely. He is fast enough to react to most surprise attacks and masterfully deliver a counter to them. In battle, he can strike with incredible speed in rapid succession, making it highly difficult for his opponents to find an opening and counterattack.
Instant Regeneration: Perhaps his greatest strength, Diablo has the ability to quickly regenerate any part of his body save for the brains and internal organs. The repair of damage can start quickly and finishes in just one post time. Despite the many benefits it has, many Hollows choose to abandon this power when becoming Arrancar in favor of greater strength. Although its ability to regenerate is indeed powerful it is not without flaws; the brains and internal organs can’t be regenerated and if such irreparable damage occurs, the body may continue to regenerate though to no avail. In addition, if the body is damage before it had the chance to regenerate or if enough damage it inflicted at one, it can be destroyed regardless.
Formless: By Placing his hand and divering energy unto a surface structure or body, Daiblo can adopt similar properties with the surface matter. making it possible for him to either shape shift parts of his limbs or his whole being into the physical state of the absorbed matter. However by placing same hands on himslef Diablo can multiply and replace lost tissues a step faster than his innate regeneration speed.
Wonderland: Once active diablo can shape shift inanimate forms of matter into a desired form so long as he himself maintains said form. by simply channeling his pent up energy into an object he can influence the state of that object to adopt his and can also control it to varrying ends, giving it various shapes and sizes to suit his goal. This ability however, requires physical contact with the object or a conection through emitted reiatsu trails.[/INDENT][/INDENT][/FONT]
