Las Noches

Beyond the world of the living lies Hueco Mundo; the dimension in which the Hollow and Arrancar reside. The terrain is blank, and dull - white sands stretch as far as the eye can see and the sky above remains perpetually dark. From the sand juts Las Noches, the home of the Arrancar. The structure is massive in size and white all around with one single door. You may enter, if you dare.

Aliote stiffened as the arrancar, no, as Luna introduced herself. To think that one of the first people he would meet upon arriving would be of such a high level. He heard about them and had been told tales about the strongest arrancar warriors by other hollows. Well, he was not reduced to dust yet so he hadn't inserted the proverbial foot on his mouth, at least not too much.

"How do you feed so many of them ? Do they even need food ?" His deeply burried teacher-self briefly emerged. He looked around in deep curiosity, watching curiously as the moths fluttered about. They seemed normal enough, no distinct marks of otherwise strange behavior outside of obeying the small woman.

He reached into the empty air with one of his hands, one of his clawed digits poking at nothing. He wondered if the small beings would react at all to his actions or if they only followed the espada's commands until ordered otherwise.

"That would take a long time to explain. However, they eat meat."

she said, and cut off the topic instantly. Her moths were none of anyones business, and worse, Luna thought of them as her property. She had no intention in telling anyone how to run a moth swarm. She watched the newbie basically waving around in the air and gave a concerned look to Celise. She was used to it, however. Adjuchas lack motoric skill in the first weeks, but this was more like some sort of entertainment varieté.

Hollow or not, Aliote recognised a curt dismissal when he heard one. He was curious and sometimes he would push people's buttons unknowingly but so far seemed to avoid doing so with the small arrancar, much to his relief. From what he could tell she seemed like a serious, if not blunt, person and didn't seem to mind answering his questions, even injured as she was. The beast-like adjuchas didn't know her enough to pass judgement but she seemed like an interesting individual.

"So, if you are the Primera Espada and Celise is the Cero Espada, does that mean you share command of Las Noches as equals or is there a hierarchy for the Espada ?" He was still missing key pieces of information, having recently evolved and then literally crashed into Las Noches. He only had his basic knowledge about hollows to go by  but it seemed arrancar did not got through different evolutionary stages like Menos.

"I seem to be woefully uninformed about this place." His tail and ears flopped in displeasure, looking disturbingly like a sad puppy despite his monstrous appearence.

"There is no room for hierarchy here. We are basically the same. I value Celises command as much as she values mine. We are very synchronized and have established
a very close network of command. As women, we are at a natural advantage in this realm, so we had to stick together. When crisis has its grip on us, we have no need
for hierarchy within the Espada ranks."

She closed her eyes for a second, and leaned back. The injury was stinging as it rapidly healed with the peace and quiet she now had. It was much needed,
and as she opened her eyes again, she only could chuckle.

"That is absolutely normal. It was not any different with me, though it was a different time. A lot of people, and a lot of trouble. You came
in a more fortunate time."

Celise nodded once to acknowledge Luna's response. She was worried about Hidalgo and Leo, naturally, but knew they were safe. She would go and check on them later, though. "Leo as well? And what of Nocturna?" she asked.

She turned her attention toward the Adjucha then, just as Luna did. He seemed to be having a rough time adjusting to his new body. He mentioned Luna's arm and Celise made note to notify Ariana to begin working on a replacement.

"Aliote, a pleasure," Celise interjected after Luna had introduced herself to the Adjucha. He asked about the hierarchy in Las Noches and Luna responded perfectly. Nothing more could be said on the matter, as she had covered it exactly as it was.

"Shall we tend to your arm?" she asked Luna.

Looking back, it was kind of obvious that a hierarchy wouldn't work very well with hollows, most of them went by the law of the jungle. In Hueco Mundo it was a kill or be killed world so it would be strange if a safe haven like Las Noches operated by the same creed.

'A much better option if I do say so...'
The beastly adjuchas pondered, thinking back to when he evolved from Gillian. His spike in power attracted the bigger predators of the Menos Forest and forced him to run for his life or be devoured. He had been at it for days before he managed to open a garganta which dumped him on the Arrancar domain.

"How long does it take for a menos to become an Arrancar ? Do I have to evolve first ?" Even if he could not feel Luna's full power, the little he could sense seemed like the tip of an iceberg, unfathomable. He briefly wondered for how long the small arrancar has been living in order to achieve such a striking presence.

"Leonardo made it out barely alive. She has torn him to shreds. If he...didnt step in..."

And suddenly, for a second, she was blaming herself. If she had been there
earlier, none of the two men wouldve been dragged into her business. With "he" Luna referred to Hidalgo, who stopped the being in question from tearing her brother into shreds after being damaged by him. Luna blamed herself, as usual, for the misery of others and began brooding in the same second. It was as if her mood dropped without any control whatsoever, as she recalled that Nocturna basically vanished. She looked into Celises eyes, and with the madness and rage within her arising, she only pressed a silent

"I don't know, honestly."

out of herself. She quickly collected herself though, as her rage would best be surpressed now, especially with an Adjucha and a Shinigami
near.

"Sure."

She then immediately responded to the Adjucha. "That is an individual time sphere for everyone. Some take a year, some need decades, some
centuries. The only thing you should be aware of is that for you stagnation is the worst enemy."

Wuji forced a coy smile upon hearing the softness of Celise's voice. The shinigami wasn't angry or upset by her utterances, he knew that her words were not tinged with any distasteful thoughts, not to mention that she introduce him to the silver hair lady. With Luna's eyes piercing all over him, Wuji almost cracked a smile. He acknowledged the fact that a lot of ladies liked to stare at his handsome figure. He won't be astounded if Luna would offered him a drink in order to be close to him.

Meanwhile, Wuji retreated to his former position and as he sat down to take a good look upon the occupants of the spacious lounge. In truth, the 5th seat officer had no intention of making acquaintances with anyone save for Celise. As time passes on like an unforeseen guest the cool, night wind forced him to sneeze twice. The same wind managed to caressed a piece of dirt on his neck. Wuji began to brush his right hand upon the lacquered wooden hilt of his zanpakuto.

For a moment, the Wudang man was silent, immobile and speeches like a dead corpse. it was as if he was robbed of all voluntary actions. All while listening to every words uttered by the occupants of the room. Suddenly, a light breeze carried five words spoken by Celise;"Shall we tend to your harm". Wuji's eyebrow raised involuntarily, knowing well that the words were directed to Luna. The Shinigami stood up to his feet, a smile rested upon his lips as he walked passed Luna. He waved his right hand at Celise and spoke softly.

"Goodbye Celise! it's nice knowing your name, I hope we can see some other day. I hope it's okay with you?"

Somehow, the Shinigami began creeping her off.Moreso, he must have thought that her looking at him was some sort of interest in a romantic way, which, balantly said, Luna did not feel. Shinigami men, she thought to herself. All the same chauvinist and selfrighteous fools. Ugh. A shudder waved over her, and moreso, Luna was sick and tired of Shinigami lurking around like spiders in Hueco Mundo.

"Gross." Luna muttered to herself. "None of you is worthy of me."

she hissed afterwards, and then turned to the other Hollow in the room. Of course, none of them were
reacting. Like in the wild, they would rather watch and observe. She did not blame them, but sometimes wished that her kind would be less idle when it comes to situations
like these. She also gave Celise a look. A "you can't be serious" look, which basically said it all.

White sea Lounge

Steady as his movements were Aoshi wondered his way into the White sea Lounge. His stoic appearance spoke nothing his amazement how beautiful the Lounge was.

Spotting his sleeveless Shihakushō, his usual attire when on an assignment or whenever there was a need for him to leave soul society. The Elvira man could sense the reiatsu of several Arrancar, with the sign of danger lurking around for he was in a no man's land.

He thought of unsheathing his Zanpakutō but decided against it reasoning that it may only result in creating unwanted tension. Perhaps a drink to suit his nerves may suffice, he concluded. He pushed aside a seat to sink inside for comfort, while he waited for a worker Hollow to serve him his favoured drink.

Slowly and reluctantly, he uncovered his face. He blinked, closed his eyes, and blinked again. "Pouah!” he scoffed, and rolled over in his slovenly sheets as the sunlight hissed at his face. Every breath he exhaled smelled faintly of ammonia and eviscerated, decomposing corpses. Thankfully, he had nobody to share this putrid moment with.

Streaks of sunlight penetrated the window and almost blinded him as he got himself to a sitting position. The Sparrow of Hueco Mundo dragged his feet off the bed, and rubbed his knuckles onto his eyes. Wyre then stretched his arms above his head and yawned gently as he watched his legs dangle above the green polyester carpet. Thoughts of how long he had been swimming in the world of dreams and what must have went on in the White Sand Sea crowded his thinking for a brief moment. However, stuffs like that mattered not to him.

He glanced around the room and noticed a messy assortment of notebooks, ancient artifacts, freshly-sharpened colored pencils and other stationery items that gave him a great aesthetic pleasure. If one should step foot into Wyre's wonderful abode, one would notice a touch of green on every piece of furniture stationed at their respective positions. Although there were a hand full of objects that may attract the eyes of anyone that walked in, such as; the huge chandelier decorated with tiny pieces of sparkling neon green stones specially designed to suite the Sparrow's taste, an enlarged picture of Wyre sticking out his tongue while making a peace sign and other fancy sculptures well kept on different areas of the room.

Slowly but surely, he pushed himself out of bed, letting his feet hit the cool, linoleum floor. On his way out of his room, he sluggishly grabbed a white leather jacket that laid dormant on the green colored couch adjacent to his bed while heading towards the Sand Sea Lounge where for once he could at least do something reasonable with his miserable way of life before the day ran out.

The 5th fraccion arrived at the Lounge with both hands chucked inside his pockets, and "I'm in no mood to talk" kind of expression was clearly written on his face as he advanced towards the bartender to quench the drought he felt in his lungs with a bottle of red wine. He felt tasty and decided to do something about it immediately.

A Shinigami leaving the lounge was the first thing that briefly caught his attention the moment he arrived. He was highly bewildered as to what a soul reaper was doing in the midst of hollows, however, he didn't bother to find out why because he saw that his fellow legionnaires weren't disturbed by the soul reaper's presence. Although he was able to noticed that the man with long black hair took miserable steps while leaving, this little scene made a creepy smile emanate on Wyre's face as though some evil thought invaded his mind. Been the type that jokes around even in the most tightest situation, Wyre couldn't help but to let the cat out of the bag.

The Shinigami was almost out of sight when he said with a loud voice, "Oi Shinigami! Your hair looks like.............."

He stopped, leaving an incomplete sentence. At that moment, even the most foolish being in the world would take Wyre as a lunatic for yelling unnecessarily. However, Wyre discovered it was pointless to make fun of a Shinigami whom it may take rest of the day to figure out what he meant.

"He isn't worthy of my time," he muttered as he approached the female minion waiting to attend to his every need.

"Get me the most expensive wine and please make it real quick," he said with an authoritative voice as he sat on the stool near the counter. Before he was served his drink, Wyre returned his attention to the beings in the lounge. He saw two beautiful damsels; one was badly Injured while the other who he was familiar with stood right next to the other lady. Celise was the familiar figure. An Espada he was indebted to, someone he wouldn't let anyone even attempt to cause her harm. A public declaration wasn't made but the sparrow took it upon himself to guard Celise with his life.

An adjuchas also stood not too far from the ladies and it seemed they were all in a conversation. So also, a strange arrancar with a very powerful spiritual pressure greater than his was also in the midst of them all, but Wyre worried not about the things that went on in the lounge, all he cared about was the drink and the personal duty he gave himself to watch over Celise. However, he didn't make it too obvious that his eyes where locked on MacCreland, so no one can predict his movements.

"Here you go sir, just as you requested."

Wyre's attention was stolen once more by the bartender as she presented the drink. He wasted no time in doing the necessities and rushed off into a hidden corner inside the lounge where he sat and gulped in what he ordered for and at the same time monitored Celise from afar. He fell unto a couch, allowed his weight rest on it, while he crossed his left leg on top of the other and watched the ceiling fan rotate continuously. What more does the sleeping dragon enjoy if not relaxation.

Suddenly, he senses picked up the reiatsu of another Shinigami. He slowly removed the wine glass from his lips as he pondered as to what attracted soul reapers to the lounge. This made him place a keen focus on Celise but never allowed the situation ruin his groove.

Hikaru kept quiet and simply observed even after Luna introduced herself, the place was getting crowded and he isn't the type that loves staying around people. He stood there watching as the discussion between an adjuchas and Luna continued, the former seemed to be filled with curiosities. He wished he was alone with Luna but then again, he doesn't know the first thing about starting a conversation with a lady heck he doesn't even know how to socialize so keeping to himself was the best at the moment. His mind pondered on different scenarios on how to spill the blood of the shinigami but yet he restrained himself from doing so, unleashing his shark nature brings nothing but chaos and besides the two Espada might not want that. The unwelcome shinigami held his position, unwavering even after being ignored but then again, everyone have their limit.

The shinigami spoke for the last time before taking his leave, his goodbye sounded like he was speaking to a familiar friend. His words and actions seemed to have disgusted Luna, something Hikaru could see written all over her face....good thing he left if not that was a go ahead for Hikaru. Not long after the shinigami took his leave, another one waltz in casually and comfortably without even paying attention to anyone as if this was his Father's house. Hikaru let out a grin, his eyes gave Luna a glance for a second as if seeking for permission but he didn't need it.

The arrancar drew the pitch black katana strapped to his back as he crouched down facing the bar where the shinigami and newly arrived arrancar sat down. His sword lay flat on the floor horizontally in front of him as it suddenly shined with a bright red energy enveloping the blade, without any warning Hikaru swung his sword thus unleashing his devastating cero as a wide arc blast. The cero was directed at one to be exact, it was just a piece in the puzzle to entrap the shinigami. The way Hikaru released the cero, it would blast it's way through the ground thus collapsing the floor in front of him as well as burning the legs of those unlucky to be close to the newly arrived shinigami.

The reason for this style of attack was to limit the movement and choices of the shinigami, the man in black has two options only. Either to fall down to the floor below or jump up to the sky as he can't move along a collapsing ground especially if his feet was caught up in the blast, so it's only up or down but that didn't matter to Hikaru. If the shinigami or anyone close to him was unable to jump up in time, they would fall into the cero blast which went downward instead of upwards as well as getting crushed by the fallen bar along with all the alcohol that would further ignite the flames from the explosion.

But if the shinigami managed to jump up in time, Hikaru's left hand already formed a fist glowing with red energy.  This wasn't another cero but rather a much faster attack needed to catch the shinigami by surprise in mid air, I was none other than the infamous bala said to multiple times faster than cero but weaker. Still Hikaru's bala packed enough force to send the shinigami flying through objects and crushing his right ribcage which was the target as that would make breathing hard as well as making upper movement of the body difficult and painful thus limiting the physical skills of the shinigami.

The edge of the floor which Hikaru and the two females stood on would be intact, as they would be unaffected by the rampage of the Shark. Although the newly arrived Fraccion wasn't so lucky as he was also sitting at the bar, well not that Hikaru cared, a collateral damage nothing more.

The Espada turned her gaze. She was suddenly gazing upon a demonstration of strength, as she thought, and seemingly, for a second, Lunas interest shifted
from her injury and the disgusting approach she was just facing to the very apparent demonstration of dominance over the newly entered Shinigami. She was not surprised, nor did she call him back, rather, she was watching Hikaru closely. As a member of Celises and her army, he would be sorted immediately if he did not perform properly. Also, with the apparent interest in Luna, Hikaru would do best not to suck at fighting. Interested, and, somewhat eager, she moved. So, Luna turned, moved to the side, and had her legs dangling free from the window sill. The tattooed Number on her chest was now visible for the first time, and Luna, as idle and cold as she was, slowly began to get fixated towards the reiatsu and energy below her.

A short smirk crept across her face, as if she was welcoming the madness below her, and then, as it vanished, leaned forward a bit, her chest following the
movement exactly and her hair slightly falling over her shoulder. One hand rested on the side of the windowsill, while her injured arm was placed losely onto her lap. She seemed to drift away into nothing else but instinctual bloodlust, which was nothing else but normal for Hollows - however, Luna normally managed to control this urge. The apparent loss of her counterpart caused her psychotic nature to react to the reiatsu
outburst. Her eyes were locked on Hikaru, and then on the Shinigami. Like a predator was fixating prey, the Primera was nothing else than doing the same.

But then, she shook it off, quickly. She shook her head as if she was shaking off an unpleasant image from her head, but yet, she kept her eyes on the
two. "Now, this is more my kind of style." she said. "Brings back memories, no?" she asked to Celise.

He wasn't alone at the bar anymore. Not so long after his arrival, an Arrancar waltz over to his side to order a few drinks of his own. One would understand that upon entry into the Lions den that the Shinigami would be very much alert for the slightest provocation, But that wouldn't be the case for he picked up the sign late.

A fraction of seconds late and that was when he realized the energy build up, and so before the Elvira could react to it according, it detonated. The cero blast destroyed the ground allowing the fourth seat to sink in. Now almost his whole body was exposed as the upper part of his cloths was damaged and burnt. He fell deep within and as he did, the Elvira whispered almost immediately. "Electrify Takemikazushi!" He said. an out bust of electricity came running through his blades, and unto his body for Aoshi became covered in electricity that served as his body armor.

He swung his sword horizontally from left to right, and a wave of crescent electricity moved to clear the path free from falling debris. The Elvira moved, moving at a speed unknown to them as he closed the distance between him and the Arrancar(Hiraku) instantly. Believing that his insane speed would stun the man, and would attack before the man's brain could even begin to process the whole event not to talk of to think of a counter. "Hadō #4 Byakuri! A bright blue electricity would emit from his index finger which was pointed the upper part of the Arrancar's Shoulder. Utilizing Flash rush the way he did would make such feat possible.... But however, the attack was a feint, the main meal was to come.

Aliote tilted his head in curiosity as other two joined them on the lounge. He watched the Shinigami curiously, was it really alright for Shinigami to come and go as they please when their headquarters were filled with weaker hollows and arrancar ? They weren't threatening them or causing problems but their presence still bothered the adjuchas on an instinctual level, making it difficult for him to not act agressively towards them.

He hadn't had many encounters with shinigami. Before becoming a menos he had evolved unusually fast and had to avoid the soul reapers only a handful of times when hunting in the living world before eventually finding a path to Hueco Mundo. Shinigami didn't come there often and the biggest threat to a hollow tended to be other hollows so there wasn't much need for the reapers to hunt them.

Still, he attempted to focus on something else to avoid causing a scene, maybe he could follow thw two arrancar woman and see how they would fix Luna's arm. It would be educational if nothing else. But then one of the arrancars in the room decided to attack the Shinigami, much to Aliote's relief. Seems like things weren't that different from the outside world after all. A safehaven was good and all, but hollows weren't peaceful creatures by nature and nothing got them more worked up than a good scuffle.

'It's nice to have some consistence' The adjuchas mused in jest as the two continued to fight.

In all honesty he found himself wanting to jump in as well but he could tell they were both above his level, at least for the time being. The large adjuchas got on all fours, his spiked tail slowly moving back and forth as he watched the small battle unravel. His hair was standing straight, giving his mane a much spikier look than before. Outclassed as he may have been he was still a hollow, and the idea of consuming such a powerful soul greatly appealed to his bloodthirsty side.

All he needed was a small opening. After all, even the strongest could fall if attacked at the right time.

He just needed to wait.

The cero exploded and the floor caved in as intended, the shinigami being unaware of the sudden threat fell into the pit of blast. One of the two scenario Hikaru had expected, meaning things were going accordingly to the Shark's plan. The unlucky shinigami fell into the explosion which would cause severe burns to his body, especially his lower part but that didn't stop the man in black from releasing the famous Zanpakuto used by his peers. Hikaru felt the sudden rise in the shinigami's electromagnetic field, and judging from the level it was someone of his caliber meaning it would take more than a cero to end this in other words a counter attack would happen anytime soon. But Hikaru still held his crouched position with his left fist waiting to release the charged up bala he had prepared down in case the first attack had been evaded, his senses as a shark was waiting for any movement.

As a shark Hikaru's senses are beyond comparison to his fellow hollows, one of the reason why he is the best predator that there could ever be. His eyes that are able to see even in deep sea closely watched the shinigami and his movements, his nose that can smell a drop of blood mixed with water could smell the burnt skin of the shinigami, his enhanced hearing used for tracking could perfectly hear the crackling of electricity generated by the shinigami on top of that all is being able to sense vibrations and motions as well as the electromagnetic field generated by living beings. Although he is incapable of sensing reiatsu signature like his peers due to always relying on his senses as a shark, still Hikaru has never lost track of a prey not even once.

Just as he expected a counter attack from his prey, it happened, sooner than he had expected. He at least expected the shinigami injuries to slow him down physically but even despite his burnt injuries, the shinigami didn't hesitate to get back in the fight. He launched himself from his fall, moving at such a speed most people would find it difficult to keep track of but with Hikaru's senses that had multiple ways of tracking the shinigami movements, it was as if it took the shinigami forever to appear. The man in black closed the distance between them, a very huge mistake, his body crackling with lightning as he appeared in front of Hikaru with a finger stretched out which shot out a pale blue bolt of lightning aiming for the arrancar shoulder.

Hikaru didn't move, still holding his original position until the shinigami released his attack. The bolt of lightning met its mark but lack enough power to even scratch the 4th Fraccion, being an arrancar Hikaru had a steel skin known as Hierro popular for its durability coupled with his shark skin that has sharp scales meant to protect him from damages , these two line of defence made Hikaru a very durable opponent hence why he let his opponent close the distance because he could rely on his insane durability. Although Hikaru made his move at the same moment the shinigami fired the lightning bolt, his left hand that had already formed a fist covered with bala since finally launched the bala towards the shinigami releasing the energy which aimed for the shinigami's right hip.

Either the shinigami was foolish or he had failed to notice the energy on his left fist, Hikaru had already prepared a counter attack right from his very first attack and the shinigami further increased the chances of that attack working by closing the distance for him. And since he performed his attack simultaneously with the shinigami's attack who is already injured thus moving about should be difficult coupled with the insane speed of bala at such close range, one could say the timing was just beyond perfection. If the bala successfully hits, the shinigami's hips would be completely shattered by the compressed force of energy as his spinal cod dislocate thus rendering the man in black immobile.

Aoshi moved. He had laid a deceptive attack at the Arrancar, employing Flash rush as he did, it made each movement made by the Arrancar appear slow before his eyes. His senses were heightened allowing him to change his direction at moment notice.

The Elvira appeared behind the Arrancar, allowing the bala to meet with an empty space for its intended target was now behind the shooter. Bakudō #61 Rikujokuro He moved to place the Arrancar at a place for the Elvira wouldn't want the Arrancar making any more annoying bala. His body ached with pain, but his endurance and determination to push forward was still ever strong. Aoshi moved his blades aiming for decapitation, a swift way to put an end to the unwanted battle.

Itsu wrote:Slowly and reluctantly, he uncovered his face.

When the word 'Shinigami' hit the air, the Seventh's Division fifth seat turned around to look at his caller directly, in stead of leaving the area. His gaze was able to photograph every appearance of the hollow; green hair, Caucasian skin, weird looking. Everything about the individual was nothing short of amazing. However, Wuji cracked a curious smile and wondered why he was disturbed by such a weird looking fellow. Base on ethics of the martial art world, it's never polite to make an incomplete sentence to anyone at all whether small or mighty.

Such ethics had been buried deep and laced in Wuji's martial philosophy. Besides, Wuji had never been a fan of suspense at all. And the exact moment he saw the green hair hollow dropping a glass, Wuji stretched his left hand to the direction of the hollow and mumbled softly.

"Hado #4 Byakurai".

In a mere fraction of a second, a thin, white lightning emanated from the tip of his index finger. Rustling and vibrating the air with ferocious noise and power. So much that every speech, every sound wandering in the White Lounge gave way and became indistinct. The white lightning jolted forth unhindered by any obstacle in the spacious room and finally collided with the glass cup adhered in the hands of the green hair hollow. As far as it appeared to be, Wuji had no wicked intent casting the spell. All he did was to get the Arrancar's attention.

"Hello there! You were about to say something?"

Wuji asked softly, as his reiatsu began ascending steadily without pause. His left thumb had already pushed the tsuba of his blade. There was no doubt that the Shinigami was indeed ready for battle. Only fate would tell if a battle in Las Noches would be avoidable. Regardless, Wuji knew that blood must flow like the Yangtze River of China.

The Shinigami bade Celise farewell, speaking to her in a rather friendly fashion. She didn't care for it, and decided to remind him next time not to speak to her in such a fashion. She would not yell after him, but rather store it as a reminder for herself.[hr]
Wyre had come into the main room now though he did not speak. She watched him for a moment as he made his way to the sidelines and sipped on a glass of wine. Were he to look in her direction, she would give him a nod in greeting. [hr] Just then, Hikaru ran to attack one of the visiting Shinigami. The right corner of her mouth perked up in a smirk as she watched the scene. She turned to Luna, noticing the look upon her friends' face. It lasted only a moment, but she could see the madness burning in her fellow Espada. It was gone in an instant, replaced by her normal disposition. "Most certainly," she responded, looking back down to the men below. "I think we've found our entertainment for the evening." She spoke with an amused tone, though she kept Luna's demeanor in the back of her mind. She'd have to watch her, though not obviously so.

Drinking chilled wine in this sort of condition felt like the greatest luxury on earth. The ice fell against the glass, his fingers sliding on the condensation before they regained their grip. He felt the chill run down his esophagus and his head made an involuntary shake in excitement and pleasure. The wine was halfway down his lungs when his eyes made contact with Cero Espada Celise. He gave an immediate response to his majesty by raising the wine glass higher above his head with his left hand as though he was making a toast. A sign that showed he acknowledged and respected her presence.

Wyre filled up the glass once more and continued to drink like a child who hadn't seen water for a week. But this was no child and it certainly wasn't water he was drinking. With each gulp his adam's apple bobbed violently and the wine drizzled from both sides of his thin weathered lips. Drinks like that are made to be sipped from small glasses, someone ought to have told him that before he ends up in a coma. Maybe that was what was shooting for.

In that period he witnessed a few things that went on in the lounge. The shark like Arrancar whom he saw earlier engaged the Shinigami in battle. At that point all he saw were beams of energy that flew across his immediate vicinity, something he didn't care about knowing the source and cause of it. However, he knew things would soon get intense but at the same time had no intention of rubbing his hands in the mud.

Just as he was about to completely drown himself with more wine, his ears twitched as he vividly saw a flash of lightning race towards him. At that same moment, the Sparrow's Pesquisa kicked in, which made Wyre able to predict where the flash of electricity would hit and as such didn't move a muscle.

The glass broke into tiny pieces as a result of an accurate hit made by the Shinigami who for some reasons decided not to deliver a lethal hit. The sound of shattering glass irked Wyre to the core. Wyre who once wore a bright smile on his face became as cold as dawn. Burning rage hissed through his body like deathly poison, screeching a demanded release in the form of unwanted violence. It was like a volcano erupting; fury sweeping off the sparrow like ferocious waves. Laughter evaporated from his eyes. His customary warmth gone faster than summer rain on the tarmac. Indeed even his focus was somewhere on the wall behind the soul reaper, as if he had become invisible to him or he could not bare to see me at all.

Wyre never cared about the destruction of things in the lounge, he never wanted to involve himself with whatever that went on around him but there were certain things the sparrow had zero tolerance for, and number one that list was if someone would have to force him move. The unwelcomed Shinigami had succeeded in ruining his groove, something he would live to regret all his life.

White knuckles from clenching his fist too hard, and gritted teeth from effort to remain silent, his hunched form exuded an animosity that was like acid - burning, slicing, potent. His face was red with suppressed rage, without a doubt an onlooker would almost see steam from those red cheeks. A reminiscent smile appeared on his face as he remembered how long he hadn't fed on both humans ir weaker hollows. From that moment onwards, Wyre's intents became kill focused.

The sparrow was still on a sitting position when all of sudden he was lost to view, only to appear behind the soul reaper with his left hand which had a thin layer of acid, was at the verge of grabbing his enemy's hair in an attempt to burn it off completely. Meanwhile, knowing his opponent would also have a few tricks up his sleeve, the fraccion simultaneously conjured a cube like energy (negaccion box) on the surface of his right palm in perfect synchrony with the time his other hand was sent forward.
