This is a place where Resurección and also special abilities that ain't canon/resurección base will be reviewed by either Clumsyduckie or Pitchi. The only scenario where another member can take charge of the review process is where any of the leaders give liberty to any member with reviewing capabilities to handle it. The appointed member is expected to make reference to who gave him/her license before proceeding.

Note: All approved Resurección/Special ability will not be allowed to be changed for a period of 2 months, unless it is at the request of the Espada or Head Fraccion.

Aqua forma; Water form: This ability let's Hikaru alter the physical state of the water he manipulates, between liquid, solid and gas, allowing him to change the phase of water at will. Although he can only manipulate the water flowing in his body, giving him some form of control over his body state, granting his body different effects and versatility depending on what physical state of water he chooses to use. Even despite this states affecting his body, he is still physically tangible as ever regardless of which physical state of water he uses.

Liquid state; This state doesn't make him physically liquid but rather allows him to manipulate the water inside his body, using it to defend against internal attacks or push out foreign substances. With his manipulation, he can increase the pressure of water in his body thus hardening his body which increases his Hierro by one level.

Solid state; By freezing his water molecules, he can transform his body to ice which allows him to shatter it apart and reform somewhere else as a means of transportation, as well as use ice to reconstruct his body parts. His body temperature is at the lowest possible, so cold things tend to freeze completely and shatter upon contact. The solid state also affects his reiatsu attacks, as they carry the coldness his body is generating.

Gas state; This state doesn't make his body intangible but instead boils Hikaru's water molecules to the highest temperature, to the extent things around him tend to melt especially on contact. By regulating the amount and pressure of the steam in his body, Hikaru can magnify his physical speed and his physical strength by one level. Making him a formidable opponent in this mode, his strength and speed coupled with the heat his body is generating makes his attacks quite dangerous. His reiatsu attacks in this state have the tendency of burning the victims due to Hikaru's high temperature.

Resurrección: its release command is Reach out. In Resurrección Hikaru still retains his hybrid form of both man and shark with webbed hands with claws like shark tooth and webbed legs, his head looks identical to that of a shark. He still has his small round white eyes. At the back of his head is a long pointed sharp fin which can also be spotted in his elbow area of his hands, along with a tail. He stands taller than before, now 7ft tall, being more muscular with his back skin being black in colour while his front is white. On both sides of his neck are three lines of gills. His skin is that of a shark's, covered in tiny layers scales thus making his body a weapon itself capable of shredding that which makes contact with him. His Hierro is further strengthen by his shark skin, making him a very dangerous predator.

la ira de agua; Water's wrath: Hikaru can create, shape and manipulate large bodies of water which possesses remarkable crushing force enough to cause severe blunt damage to unlucky foes. The concussive force of his water is so great to the extent his water attacks feels like being hit by a crushing wave. His incredible skill to shape the water to any form he wants is only limited by his own imagination, while his skill to create water allows him to turn a 30 meters dry land to his natural habitat and thus enhance his normal shark nature, leaving victims with the options to either adapt or leave the aquatic being's domain. His manipulation over water is great enough to affect the weather itself as he can cause a heavy rain storm in a 30 meters radius, which moves along with him. The rain falls so heavily with enough crushing force victims would feel like being hit by a massive water fall, the pressure and environment alone would be comparable to being submerged in the deep ocean sea further representing his nature as the king of the ocean.

Aqua Forma; Water form: In his Resurrección this ability is further enhanced to the extent he can now change the states of the water within other people through physical contact (limited only to the part of body he made contact with and last only for 2 posts). Further more he is not just capable of changing the water states in the body but, he is now capable of changing the states of water molecules in the vicinity of 30 meters while being able to freely manipulate and shape each state. His body is still physically tangible regardless of the state of water he uses.

Liquid state; No longer limited to just his body, Hikaru can freely and fully manipulate water molecules around him to the extent of making it mimic other liquids, like making it thick and adhesive or thin as oil. He can also manipulate the pressure of the water thus generating a high pressured water that can be fashioned into a construct stronger and sharper than steel.

Solid state; Apart from freezing the water in the body, Hikaru can also freeze the water molecules in the vicinity to a freezing point, thus creating the solid state of water which is ice. The coldness alone from this act is enough to affect his vicinity which drops the temperature around him to the lowest possible, thus completely freezing whatever gets within his radius.

Gas state; No longer limited to just the body, Hikaru can now boil the hydrogen molecules in the vicinity to the highest degree which produces steam. The hot steam serves many purposes like obscuring the victim's vision, the process of boiling the hydrogen alone makes the vicinity so hot things start to melt, while making contact with the steam causes severe burns.

Description: Diego’s becomes one with nature making him perceive energy at a heightened state all inform of colors, with different colors differentiating one form of matter from the other. Irrespective of his blind state Diego senses grow to allow him see energy at its purest form, giving him the chance to interact with his environment without totally depending on vibrations and sound. Though not as vivid as the real eye, Diego can distinctively tell the differences between different state/forms and components of matter and can accurately pinpoint a spot if asked to. This new found focus is limited to the distance a normal eye would reach, however like an indice radar he maintains a 360 view of his immediate surrounding (0-25m).

Release command: Disperse and make clear the parts ahead.
Resurrecion Appearance: once resurrected, Diego losses his both sword to the wind in the form of blue energy after which his mask quickly covers up his whole face leaving only his eye holes to be admired. A blue beam of energy would pulsate within the hole before dying down to reveal nothing but a dark abyss. Notably, Diegos appearance will have no further changes as he would still be seen wearing his black suit, only this time they would appear to be more part of him than any ordinary clothing.

Description: By Pulsating his Reiatsu over a giving range of 10 meters, Diego Miles can alter one’s perception of time and space making it appear as if time was slowed to a certain degree or as if the effect of gravity was altered. This effect only stands true for those caught within the range of the Reiatsu outburst during the time it was released. Its effect last a minimum of three post and maximum of five, for those caught within it. However exerting an equal/larger amount of Reiatsu would reduce/completely cancel this effect. This Ability requires a charge up time of 3 post after resureccion and consumes 15% of the users reiatsu.

Description: By mentally concentrating on a particular image or mechanism and diverting energy into his brain, Diego can project pre-meditated images into reality, giving it a solid, liquid or gaseous form, these images adopts the color of Diego's Reiatsu, thus can be differentiated from the original thing. Furthermore, said constructs can be as simple as the letter of the alphabet or as complex as a human body, however based on the size and nature of the projected image, such constructs could either be mono-functional and one-directional/ multi-functional in nature. Eg in the case of creating an abstract structure of himself, the created clone cannot move ahead of his point of materialization and therefore can only act as a durable dummy. Smaller constructs like swords and shield however can be moved around more frequently than most constructs and highly durable if and when compared to larger constructs. Diego's Imagination however has its limits to range (10 - 20m) and could leave him unconscious if overexerted over a period of 7 post

Alright this has been here for too long so am just gonna give my two cents, i don't really see anything wrong with the first ability. And as for the second one, lawless, other than the fact you downplayed it, i have questions. Lawless only affects those who gets caught with the reiatsu burst which only covers ten meters, so those who got caught does the effect of the ability affects them even if they're ten meters away from the user or it's limited to still being within the ten meters. Since you stated ten meters range, people could assume the two scenarios so it's better to clarify which it is.

My next question is, exerting an equal/larger amount of reiatsu would cancel its effect, the question is amount reiatsu of what? This leads to two things; 1)equal/larger amount of reiatsu level of the user, or 2)equal/larger amount of reiatsu the user used to cast it which is 15%. If it's the former then okay no problem, just reduce the charge up post. But if it's the latter then that leads to another confusion, 15% reiatsu of those lower than you literally cripples their reiatsu reserves, ok no problem. 15% of those who are equal takes the same thing as the user, still ok. 15% of those larger takes more than the 15% of reiatsu you use, now that's an issue. Those who have larger reiatsu than the user, their 15% is definitely not the same amount of 15% as the caster, since they have a larger pool their 15% is larger than the user's 15%.

I know you think it's suppose to be smaller but it isn't, let me show an example now.....if someone with High reiatsu uses 15% of his reiatsu to cast a cero and someone with Great reiatsu (and the word larger goes beyond even Great reiatsu) uses 15% of his reiatsu to cast a cero.....which cero is stronger? Would the 15% High reiatsu equal the 15% Great reiatsu? Definitely not, the latter would be stronger much less higher reiatsu levels than Great Reiatsu.

Now third ability, Break point. First of all, just how many construct can Deigo create at once.....you not stating a number could lead to countless construct. Second is the construct can either be solid, liquid or gas right but then the write up also says the constructs are durable especially if smaller....does the durability also applies to the gaseous and liquid form? I mean can a sword made of gas block physical attacks and cause physical harm? That part needs to be clarified.

Resurreccion- The release command is Kishire (grind)referring to grinding one's teeth. To release his Zanpakutō, he holds it up, like the start of a low sweep stroke, with his left hand. The sword glows gold as he puts his left hand up to it. He then rakes his hand along the length of the blade with a swift motion, while calling out its release command, which in turn releases a torrent of spiritual power that creates tremendous shockwave in the immediate vicinity. In this form, Salaudeen gains an extra set of arms, which take on an insect-like carapace and clawed hands, with each hand holding a large scythe-like weapon as well. The scythes themselves resemble the appendages of a praying mantis, and have a small golden tassel at the end of each staff. He also gains a golden marking extending from his forehead to below his left eye, as well as a pair of horns on his head resembling a crescent moon, with his right horn longer than his left. He gains several white, tendril-like appendages around his torso which extend over the sides of his abdomen. His Hollow mask also changes, becoming torn, with the teeth extending over the right jaw itself almost reaching his mouth.The weapons are used by him to both defend and then rapidly attack his opponent.His abilities are;

Ok first of all, i will start with the obvious one. No you can not control the anatomy of others, and your ability is vague for your choice of concept. Body manipulation is vast and grants a lot and i mean a lot of perks so you need to cut it down and state that which you're capable of doing with this ability in other words be specific.

Limb generation isn't so bad but your appearance alone already states your character gains extra limb (which you didn't state how many) so your eight arms limit is kinda of hard to grasp here. Do you gain extra eight arms minus the unknow number of arms your release already grants (you need to state that one), or all everything together is eight.

Weapon generation: Is he creating weapons out of his flesh, bone or blood which one? He can't just create weapon from his fist like that, what exactly is being used to create the weapon? How many can be created? How durable and sharp is said weapon?

By the way, nice concept.

First things first,I kinda mistakenly typed being able to control other people's bodies I'll make sure to change it.That body manipulation is to instantly generate any part of my body that gets cut off to look like the attack didn't affect me at all.
Secindly limb generation is to generate another limb if any gets cut off.
For the weapon generation you know how nnoitra creates weapon from his hands mine is similar,I can create weapons to replace the weapons I use in my released state .. Limitation lemme say 2 per turn

Yes you're a new comer and probably don't know the forum rules yet but as a law student, i was taught ignorance is not an excuse to break the law. But don't worry, am not going to punish you or something, just change your appearance description and limb generation description to your own words.

Mode II: Similarly to mode I, here the user links a rift with his own dimensional world.
Dark is the atmosphere and every null & cranny, the dimension is vast and practically wide to an unmeasurable degree. The only source of light to this dimension are the large countless circular shaped objects which Armani could manipulate and are parallel to the plane of the horizon.

It's possible for a third party with space-time manipulation (S.T.M) feats to transport or teleport their way out of The Reverse Dimension when necessary as long as they have an image/idea of their destination, but it's impossible for them to return as the dimension is not originally linked to their abilities.

While this drug may seem entirely counter-intuitive, Tsukane's depressive state brings with it an arguably stronger side of his abilities, which is affected by his state of mind. As such, it is an important tactical tool that Tsunake can use if he absolutely needs to change the nature of his abilities to defeat his opponents. As a military leader, Tsunake knows the importance of sacrificing personal well-being in order to protect the safety of the balance, and has used this drug twice in order to test its effects. In both cases, the depressive state comes on in a matter of seconds, and last a few days. The drug itself is stored in liquid form inside a cat-shaped charm Tsukane keeps in his pocket. One spray in either his mouth or eyes triggers the change. It has no effect on others,and is not useful as a weapon.

The Combination of blue and red, purple, is extremely effective at combining cold and pressure to bust through defenses and destroy otherwise impenetrable structures.

Particularly strong techniques may break through this pull, but they will rarely hit their intended target. Others will find themselves dragged into the center of one of the buds. Once a significant amount of energy has been absorbed by any one flower, it blooms and is capable of exploding with tremendous force. Ok, Mode I is APPROVED. But Mode II is DENIED. Mode II is way to vague to be accepted, the fact that you stated it's possible for people to teleport out indicates when Mode II is used, people are forcefully teleported into the dimension.....but how are this people teleported? Remember it must not be an auto-hit teleportation, incase the people can't teleport out how long can a victim be trapped inside this dimension? Also kindly explain what you mean by "Reverse dimension".

Kuradepin is APPROVED only if the "use time" is limited to reasonable length, since it's a drug that helps increase the use of your abilities then 3 days is unreasonable. You can't take a drug that somehow helps use your abilities better in thus empower yourself without a short limit of time, that's unfair to your opponents. Also note that since this is a special scientific item, you will need the stats science perk to be able to use it unless the new system doesn't have science perk.....

The ability to manipulate colour, what's the duration of the effect? I mean, if a yellow person is struck, does he get electrocuted forever or for a period? If the answer is the latter then next question is, does your energy only need to hit a colour once for you to invoke the effects on the target or you have to hit the colour each time you need to invoke the effect? This things needs to be clarified in your write up.

Killing a character is prohibited so let's avoid words that indicates death which i can see in Yellow, light and Blue, some people might misunderstand so let's remove those deathly words......

Green colour is the major issue here, apart from creating plants i see it has extra effect of absorbing energy from attacks and turning said energy into a bomb......you can't absorb people's energy and then use their energy to fuel a bomb attack against them, the unfairness of that is against rp rules. You can feed it your own energy and explode it, no problem with that one.

Until all pointed out issue is corrected, this ability is Denied.

He can transport any form of energy which are less powerful than his fully charged cero, and any matter not larger than a 7ft tall being also barrages of things he can transport at once is limited to how big the rift is.



Mode II: Similarly to mode I, but rather than linking two rifts together, a rift is linked as a door way to his own world, The Reverse Dimension. He can transport himself or possible third party.
Dark is the atmosphere and every null & cranny, the dimension is vast and practically wide to an unmeasurable degree. The only source of light to this dimension are the large countless circular shaped objects which Armani could manipulate and are parallel to the plane of the horizon. Here, time rotates backwards in this dimension at least giving a reverse effect such as healing non fatal injuries. Death is certainly irreversible.
However, the dimension can only last for four post, the reverse of time applies to everyone within the dimension.
it's impossible for a third party to auto teleport their way to into the Reverse Dimension as the dimension is not originally linked to their abilities.

Resurrecion

Name:Māßamunē

Resurrecciòn Appearance:
Immediately he utters the release command of his resurrecion dark spiritual energy surrounds Jay, swirling round him like a tornado and soaring up into the sky as lightning strikes at random, the sky get darker as a dark lightning bolt strikes the swirling reiatsu.
By the utterance of his release command, both blades are lost to the storm and appears back before him floating in the air.
Six expansive orbs made out of dark energy and reiatsu surrounds Jay, which he controls at will.
His body takes a miasma form,his mask remnant's horn separates into two, taking a larger and longer form,his eyes glows dark imitating the eyes of a snake, his sclera is darkened, allowing his blood red iris to be noticed easily, his blue hair grows longer while is face becomes as white and pale like that of a deadman. his body is surrounded by dark energy during his resurrecion.

Resurrecciòn Abilities

In Ressurecciòn, Dæmonschiff has the ability to instantly but temporarily develop, adapt or copy matter and the natural properties in his immediate surroundings. His body automatically adapts to any situation or environment he is placed in. His adaptive capabilities are so strong to the extent when both spiritual energy and physical attacks makes contact with his body, his body taps into the reiatsu content of the said attack and thereafter make duplicate(s) of that energy. In other words Dæmonschiff can temporarily copy an opponent's attack and make it his own. However, he can only hold one ability/attribute at a time, loosing access to the previous one once he adapt/copy a new one. Based on the fact that his body taps into a small amount of the opponent's reiatsu or energy to help make a replica, the replicated element/attribute holds only 45% power of the actual ability.
As an arrancar with two basic elements, Dæmonschiff also possesses a second element which grants the power to empower his existing powers to higher levels. This technique is applicable to both his based/self and copied abilities.


Ability One

Dæmonschiff's resurrecciòn offers continuous circumstantial evolution, with that he is able to adapt to any situation. His reactive metamorphosis adjusts his capabilities to his environment. Examples of such manifestations include receiving gaining night vision after being in the dark for several seconds, being able to survive without oxygen when in space, his skin becoming fireproof when it is exposed to flames etc. His body some worth mutates into the best suited element to help stabilize his system. So also, in the process of adapting to the said element/environment/attribute, his body memorizes the damage his body may have received, thus rendering him immune to the same attack or move twice. However, if the strength or destructiveness of the attack is so overwhelming that could cause instant death or great damage, his powers cant work effectively when dealing with immediately-life-threatening situations, for his body requires a period of one post to adapt to the damage before becoming immune to it.


Ability Two
Name: The beast
Type: Active
Element: Self-Power Argumentation
This technique offers a double power boost to Dæmonschiff's already existing abilities, be it a copied ability or his self abilities such as Cero, Bala, etc. His powers become strengthened and amplified. By uttering the command " Show your true form, Akuma" Dæmonschiff's reiatsu becomes dense and instantaneously feeds his entire body system with a violent surge of energy for a period of 6 post. In this state, dæmonschiff appears to have a really long black hair. Crimson red skin, long legs with long feet, spiky nails, a big wide smile displaying his set of razor sharp teeth, and a black filled eyes. His Body structure becomes extremely muscular
which grants him an extra boost of innate strength. However, this technique requires a huge amount of reiatsu to maintain the evolved state and as such can't be activated more than once in a spar, and twice in a mission.






Ability Three
Name: Formless:The Zenith
Type: Active
Element:

Display

Superior adaptation
This technique allows Daemonschiff to adapt situational, environmental, intangibly and non-intangibly to achieve an adaptation to not only his environmental and positional vectors between to space or distances but also allows him to adapt and evolve his brain to the maximum, which allows him to unlock his latent mental powers which allows him to see through and predict movements of opponent as well as teleport by adapting all things in the environment and surroundings.
His latent ability and his teleportation can augmented to be able to lift objects and deflect them as well as projectiles and energies and also matter substitute elements such as substitute his zan with a charged cero as well as himself too.
However, not all projectiles can be dwarfed away.
The augmentation may take effect after 4posts after he has activated his cero and recited the command Release the third demon which will augment this technique, however his beast form needs to be active before the augmentation, but this doesn't mean he can't use the technique but applies only to augmentation of this technique

Alright, i see three concepts here....Augmentation, Adaptation, Copy. You can augment your skills, adapt to situations, and copy abilities used against you. That's three unrelated elements/concepts packed together, only two elements/concept is allowed so drop one then we can move on to reviewing.
